Charles R. Wyble, 93, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Meredith (Snyder) Wyble.
Born in Washington, D.C., Charlie was the son of the late LLoyd E. Wyble, Sr. and Marie A. (Duffy) Wyble.
Charlie proudly served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service for 4 years. He graduated from Catholic University and spent his career as a Professional Mechanical Engineer with both J.B. Wyble and Associates and The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Linda Anne (Mike) Hopkins of Dover, NH and Janet Christine Wyble of South Portland, ME; two granddaughters, Casey (Brendan) Malanga of Milton, MA, and Sara (Ben) Thurecht of Winchester, MA; five great grandchildren, James and Gabriella Malanga, and Ella, Hannah and Olivia Thurecht, and one more great granddaughter on the way.
Charlie was predeceased by his siblings, Marie Wyble, Lloyd Wyble, Jr., Jerome Wyble, Delores Hall, Mary Jane Claypool, and his first wife, Lorelie Wyble.
Charlie loved his family, New England, music, delicious food, and appreciated the intricacies of both natural and manmade wonders. He often said he was the luckiest man in the world. He will be dearly missed.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Dobies Funeral Home, Hudson Florida. A private ceremony will be held at a later date.

What a handsome man with a beautiful smile! There are no words for the legacy Charlie has left his family. No doubt, Charlies’ shinning personality will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Jesse and I hope you feel surrounded by much love during this time. Very sorry to hear about Charlie’s passing. We had lost touch over the years but
I’ll always appreciate the influence he had over me when we worked together at the VA.
He was a great mentor.
