Robert “Bob” Lewis Allen passed away peacefully on August 26, 2022, with his loving partner Catherine Sheldon by his side.
Bob was born in Dayton, Ohio. He served in the Army from 1946 to 1950, after which he attended Whittenburg College. He worked in the nuclear armament industry for many years before retiring to Florida, where he served with the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Bob was a member of Shriners International, the American Legion, VFW, and Elks Lodge. He was also an avid ballroom dancer and music enthusiast. His many friends will miss him.
He is survived by his niece, Diane Erb, and his nephew Michael Allen.
