Kargman, Lawrence H., 65, of New Port Richey, passed away Sept. 5, 2018. Survivors include his wife, Judith; stepson, Chris Lyman; brother, Stephen; sister, Anne; and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, 10AM at Dobies Funeral Home, 6616 Congress Street, New Port Richey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Metropolitan Ministries.
