Mark A. Moe, 59, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on December 15th, 2022 in the arms of his loving wife Gina, and surrounded by all his children.
He is the son of William and Patricia, who are all reunited in heaven. Mark was husband to Gina, dad to Jared, Marisa, Jordan, Anthony, and Brandon, Poppy to Bryce, Carter, Nora, and Emma, father-in-law Jessica, Jeff. He was also a brother to Tony and Sue, uncle to Taylor, Lindsay, Katie, Hailey, McKenna, Jase, and Maddox, and Godfather to his precious Katie. He was a friend to everyone he met and offered support in times of need.
He was a kind man with a loving heart, a twisted sense of humor, with the grandest ideas. He was a dedicated public servant, working as a Sheriff’s Deputy for nearly three decades and after retiring, spent many more years educating and recruiting the next generation of Law Enforcement.
We’re blessed to have had many years of borrowed time with Mark, but at just 59 years old, it will never feel like enough. The outpouring of love for Mark is a true testament to the kind of person he was and the life he lived. He is already missed dearly by so many.

My sincere condolences to Gina and your entire family. I didn’t have a the opportunity to spend time with him after he was elected to serve on the ALS Board Seminole High School and University High School, but the times that I was in in presence, was always pleasurable. He has left a lasting impression of his dedication to all that he believed in. His valuable contribution will be missed.
Sincerely,

I was searching for Mr. Moe’s contact information so I could send him a thank you email when I came across this page, so I’ll leave my message for him here. I was a former student of his at Fivay High School and wanted to thank him for his impact. There was a time when I didn’t know if I would make it into college and live out the dreams I told Mr. Moe about as a freshman. One day he told me that “if anyone was going to make it, it’s you”, and he was right. I hung onto those words at every hardship, and I’ll be graduating soon from UCF studying Clinical Psychology, Crime, Law and Deviance, and Behavioral Forensics. My only regret was not thanking you sooner, Mr. Moe.
My deepest sympathies for his loved ones,
Sincerely,
Alyssa H.
