Michael Patterson Bigler, 75, passed away peacefully with his wife, Sharon Lynn Bigler, by his side on Monday, March 6th, 2023, at Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida. He was the youngest of two children born in Knoxville, Tennessee to William and Norma Bigler.
Michael graduated from Dunedin High School in Dunedin, Florida. Michael served as an officer in the United States Army and then started his career in the electrical industry in Dunedin, Florida in 1970. Michael went on to become a master electrician and owned and operated a successful electrical business with his wife and children.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Sharon Lynn Bigler; his brother Tony (Hedi) Bigler, Plano, TX; his 5 children Matthew (Jennifer) Bigler of St. Petersburg, FL, Jamie Atkins (Bryce) of Lexington, SC, Sarah (Dale) Noegel of Tampa,FL, Stephen Manross of New Port Richey, FL, and Thomas Bigler of New Port Richey; as well as his 7 grandchildren.
Michael had several hobbies and liked to keep busy in his spare time. He enjoyed boating with his family, traveling, and golfing. He loved his Ford trucks. He was an avid reader, coin collector, and enjoyed mowing his land on his John Deere tractor. Michael and Sharon enjoyed spending time in their second home in Franklin, North Carolina. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

Mike was a great friend in Army Armor OCS. We used to buzz around Kentucky in his Triumph Spitfire on our off weekends. Great loss.
