Janet M. Hay, 63, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on April 16th, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth W. Hay of New Port Richey, Florida; her daughter, Melissa Hay of Texas; her son, Scott Hay of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; her two Grandchildren; as well as her sister, Kathleen Broda of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
