Scott B. Metzcher, 74, of Hudson, Florida, passed away suddenly On April 27, 2023, Beloved husband of Donna Metzcher(née DeAngelo); Loving father of Son Scott B. Metzcher Jr. and Daughter Danielle Metzcher. Survived by his mother Edith B. Metzcher. Loving brother of James Metzcher, and Deidre Metzcher-Carr. Loving grandfather of Shawn, Brendan, Corey, Kyle, Alyssa, and Kaylee. Great-grandfather of Chase and Ezra. Step-father of Danielle Carter, Pop Pop of Briana, Moises, and Londyn. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Friends.

Scott was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Pennsauken ,NJ. He served in the United States Navy. He worked as a Police Officer and Detective for The Pine Hill Police Department for 32 years before he retired in 2005. He was a Master Mason at Merchantville Lodge No. 119. After moving to Florida in 2018 he joined the Centurions Motorcycle Club were he was a member along with other retired Police officers. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Loved long rides on his motorcycle. He loved being out on the water in his boat. Enjoyed cooking and eating at Restaurants. He was enjoying his life in Florida before his sudden passing.
Cremation was held privately. Services will be held in NJ at a later date.

Father and brother and will be surely missed by so many especially Gary and Jimmy they liked hanging out with him on your visits up.

Scott, I will miss our talks and your smile. You were always smiling, and your eyes would smile too. I loved that about you. I’ll remember you fondly, thank you for being a great husband, friend, dad and grandfather. Xoxo.
