Carol J. Langlo, 84, of New Port Richey, Fl., formerly of Chicago, IL., was born July 8, 1938 and passed away on May 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Stella Oddo; husband Robert; children Matthew, Mark and Cheryl; sister Geraldine. She is survived by her children; Robbin (William) Schumacher, Dana (Gerard) Obrzut, Scott (Jeanne) Langlo and James (Mary) Langlo; her grandchildren Christopher (Karisa) Langlo, Bradley (Michelle) Langlo, Stacey Obrzut, Andrew (Katie) Eddy, Ryan Schumacher, Brent Schumacher, Anders Langlo, Erik Langlo, Angel Schumacher and Brooklyn Schumacher; her great grandchildren Samuel Schumacher, Oliver Langlo, Amelia Langlo and Ryleigh Eddy; her sister Patricia (Kenneth) Langlo; sisters in law, Betty Langlo and Marion Langlo.
Carol loved being around family and cooking family meals. She was always experimenting by baking new recipes and also enjoyed crafting with the “Girls”. Carol was a “Colorful Person”, she made friends with everyone she came into contact with and loved to make people laugh. She will be missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 13, 2023 at 12:00pm at Spirit of Grace Lutheran Church, 8812 Old County Road 54, Trinity Florida.
The family requests gifts in memory of Carol to be donated to Spirit of Grace Lutheran Church or
St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
