William John Walsh, 72, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed peacefully in the arms of his wife on Sunday, May 14th, 2023.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Michelle “Chelle”; daughters, Amber (Chris Blackwell) and Katrina; bonus daughter and niece, Lorrie Pittman; his beloved grandson and buddy, Jackson.

He is also survived by sister Linda Cisko; brother and best friend, Mike Cook; and sisters-in-law, Kelly (Terry) Milam, Janet Walsh, and Paula Cook. Nieces: Lisa Cisko, Laura (Ted) Padgett, and Katie (Chris) Kylap. Nephews: Ross Pittman, John Paul Walsh, Alex Walsh, Michael (Rebecca) Avery, and Jonathan Avery. Great-nephew and niece, Nathanul Pittman and Zelda Avery.

Bill lived most of his life in New Port Richey raising a family in the same home he grew up in. He was a family man spending his time taking day adventures with his wife. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was “Uncle Bill” to many.

Bill was an avid Tampa Bay Bucs and Florida Gators fan, and he had the amazing ability to grill or smoke the best food.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents William and Mary Jane Walsh; his brother John Walsh; his sister Jamie; and nephews Justin Walsh and John Pittman.

Celebration of Life to be held on Sunday, May 21st, 2023 at the Gardens of Beacon Square Clubhouse at 4205 Rustic Drive, New Port Richey from 12:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
