So sorry to hear of Sal’s passing. I was his ROA at GSK. What great memories. Sal loved to hear my crazy stories when I rode the New Jersey hi-speed line to work and there were many. You will be missed by that wonderful group of managers and reps, but we will treasure that moment in time and your leadership.

I’ve known Sal all my life, even though we only met when he moved to Baileys Bluff. Sal made it easy to be his friend. He was always more interested in what was happening in his friend’s lives than his own. He was open, fun, generous and brilliant. I am proud to call him a forever friend. Wishing strength to Pat and Krista in the days ahead. The evening skies will shine brighter because he is there. The morning skies will be less bright because he’s not here.

Sal was a truly good person and very respectful to our dad Richard (Poppy). Sal was always fun to be around and will be missed. Since Sal and Poppy both passed away on June 29 (different years) we know they are both smiling down on us all. Wishing his wonderful wife Pat all the strength and courage in the world during the difficult days ahead. MaryEllen and Rick Simmons

Deepest sympathy to Pat and the entire Paolella family. I had the pleasure to work with Sal and the NY team until his retirement. Professionally, Sal taught me so much, personally, he was the kindest, most caring person you could ever hope to know. He will forever be in my mind and heart. My sincere condolences. God bless.

My sincere sympathies. Sal was a legend at GSK. Though he lived to compete and was very successful- he also kept his eye on the “rookies” like myself as we followed his lead. He was respectful, smart and fun. Cheers to you Sal and thank you for all you taught us.
