It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Judith Barker Pekarski, 72, of Spring Hill, Florida. Born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Judith was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many with her boundless love, kindness, and an infectious sense of humor. Judy left behind a legacy of joy, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever warm our hearts, she was a rescurer of both people and animals.
She is survived by her husband Richard Pekarski; children Thomas White and Patricia (Robert) Meeks; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother Richard Barker; sister Paula (Mike) Barker; sisters-in-law Karen Kight and Kathi (Kent) Ellert; brothers in law Ron (Gail) and Bob Pekarski and several nieces and nephews.
Rest in peace knowing that your legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire us all. You will be deeply missed and forever cherished. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 26th, 2023, at 1:00 pm, at Dobies Funeral Home, 9944 Hudson Avenue, Hudson, Florida 34669.
