Marion R. Howlett, 97, of Winter Haven, Florida, passed away on September 12th, 2023. She is survived by her children Marie Howlett, Thomas Howlett, Michael Howlett, and Vincent Howlett; as well as three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
