Eugene Michael Hangley, 85, of Tarpon Springs, FL, passed away on September 24, 2023. He was born on April 3, 1938, in West New York, NJ. Eugene is survived by his loving children, Ludwig Hangley, Elissa Boon, Laura Parker and by his sister, Irene Doherty of West Milford, NJ. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family, including his many grandchildren. He will now be joining his wife, Hildegarde, and their daughter, Eugenia Neville, in heaven.
