“The pain of a hard good-bye is the heart’s tribute to the privilege of love.” Robert Druyetis passed away February 24th, 2024 at 70 years old. Born in Boston, MA relocated to Tampa, Florida in 1987. He resided in Land O Lakes, Fl since 1993. As an HVAC Engineer he worked and retired from Tampa General Hospital after 25 years of service. He was a devoted and loving husband and father who always put his family above everything and dedicated his life to their happiness. Robert loved watching fireworks at Busch Gardens and Disney World and never missed a show when he was there. He was also a huge Tampa Bay Rays fan. He enjoyed life and always wanted to be busy and active. He never sat for more than 10 minutes without finding another project to work on. Robert always enjoyed going out for lunch, doing his yard work and spending time at the beach. He will be greatly missed but we will always remember him in our hearts. His legacy will live on through his wife, children, and grandchildren.

I always thought Mr. Druyetis was the coolest dad growing up. He would go on roller coasters with us and take us out on the boat! I will never forget the look on his face when I drove by your house during drivers education. He will be dearly missed and remembered. My heart goes out to all of you!
