Arthur Tongen, 59, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on May 5th, 2024. He is survived by his wife Harriett Tongen; father Angel Tongen; as well as nephew David Nobles.

So sorry for your loss went to school with him and my Dad had him in is geography class and also worked with Alex at Kmart at Little Road when it was there. Art and Alex were great guys ! Truly Missed

Harriet my deepest condolences. Art had a Million Dollar Smile and a Heart of Gold to go with it. We had a lot of laughs and shenanigans during our K-Mart day’s. Art impacted a lot of kids during his career with the School Board. He truly had a knack for connecting with anyone..One of a kind… RIP my friend

I am so very sorry. I know he had such a kind smile and a beautiful soul. I am devastated to hear about this. Since Alex passed, I have not been able to live the same. (RIP. I love you Alex) I hope all is well with you and their father. I am sending the warmest wishes 😠RIP Arthur.
