Rose will be missed so much! She and my grandmother would always have so much fun spending the weekends together when Rose lived in NC, going to Moose Lodge and Bath and Body Works! Prayers for the family during this time.

All of us at Forest Hills remember Rose as a wonderful person who enjoyed visiting with neighbors. Rose went with us many times to restaurants and other places. Rose will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Rose was very dear to my heart. I came to her as her companion and caregiver. When she moved to Fla. She left me as a very precious and beautiful friend. I have and will continue to miss her.
The family will be in my prayers.

I speak on behalf of my mother, who is also 91 yrs of age, when I say that Rose was a true ray of sunshine. There was always laughter and a dog or two with Rose. What a rare treasure to have such a dear friend to share life’s ups and downs with and for 91 yrs. Rose’s sunny disposition and smile will greatly be missed.
And as for myself, Nothing was more enjoyable than sitting with Rose and my mother,Georgia, listening to their stories and reminiscing their childhood growing up together. With Rose there was always laughter. It has been a privilege to know and love Rose Salter.

You were always smiling, You always had a kind word no matter the situation. You worked hard at everything you did.
You were a bright light that brighten everyone’s day even in the darkest moments.
You were always there anytime anywhere if someone needed support, understanding , help or just a friend.
Even when people were rude to you and others, you never said anything hurtful to them. You always said, if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything and just walk away.
You had a kind heart and a deep love for animals that carried throughout your life.
This earth has an empty spot that will never be filled the day you went to heaven but heaven has a much brighter
star now that you are there looking down on all of us.
Your true family and friends will truly miss you and always thinks of you as a smile comes across their face and heart.
With never ending love you are missed.
