Very truly I tell you, the one who believes has eternal life.

Our prayers are with Darlene and family. Prayers for strength, comfort and peace. David’s body was tired and God said “come home with me and I’ll give you rest.” He is whole, healed and perfect now. His faith is now his sight. And our faith tells us of the hope that we will be together again someday. David will be missed by many.

It was nice getting to know Dave while visiting family in Florida. I know he has left a void in my cousin Darlene’s heart.

Oh David, I’m so sad to hear that you are no longer with us. You were an amazing person & friend. We were friends since high school in Alpena. You and Bob had some great memories & stories when you both worked at McDonald’s in Alpena! Lol You were the best godfather to our daughter. Happy memories of countless nights of playing Yahtzee until wee hours in the morning, then hitting Dennys before before the sun came up. You were the nicest person we have ever met & so happy we were friends. You will be missed, but so happy you are no longer in pain.

I was so sad to hear this news. David was always one of my favorite parents to ‘deal with’ in the office. He was always so kind to us girls. Thinking of you all, and sending lots of love & prayers.
