Ronald Mathews, 66 years old, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away on September 2nd, 2024

He is survived by his wife Donna; mother Lana (John); sister Denise (Mike); son Ronald (LeeAnn); daughters Jennifer and Tonya; seven grandchildren; as well as several loving family members and friends.

Ron was born in Brooklyn, New York but lived in Florida most of his life. He was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Son and Brother.

He was the kind of man that made an impact on everyone he met, weather it be with a funny joke, words of wisdom or having a plan for the next great adventure to his favorite place, the Tennessee mountains. His love for his family and friends was boundless and he was never happier than when surrounded by those he loved most.

His spirit will continue to live on in all of us through the lessons he taught, the love he gave and the memories we will cherish forever.

A celebration of life will be held at a date still to be determined by his family.
