Eugene R. Holmes, 71, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away on October 18th, 2024. He is survived by his children Katie (Ryan) Gooch, Travis Holmes, and Matthew Holmes; four grandchildren; as well as siblings Donna Foley and Thomas Holmes.

“Huge” was an incredible fraternity brother and friend. Over the years, Eugene became a true inspiration to many of us who connected daily through our text threads, where no topic was off-limits. He was always a joy to talk to—funny, insightful, and a constant source of deep inspiration. He is deeply missed, and his presence will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.
