It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Vicki Lynn Pfannenstiel who passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the age of 68.

Born on July 26, 1956, in Rock Island, Il., to parents Victor Lee Kennison and Marcia Lee Kennison – Brown (Werner). She grew up in a large family, 1 of 5 siblings. She married Michael Pfannenstiel on August 20, 1977 at the First United Methodist Church of Rock Island. Vicki and Mike moved their family to Florida in 1982. Vicki was a dedicated and loving wife to her late husband Michael Lynn Pfannenstiel, and devoted mother to Stephanie and Corey.

Vicki enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, gardening, reading, doing word search puzzles and playing words with friends.

Vicki was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and unconditional love. She was a kind and generous soul, always putting others’ needs before her own. She was a great listener and gave the best hugs. A friend to many she leaves behind a legacy of kindness and strength. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son Corey Pfannenstiel, of New Port Richey, Fl.; her daughter, Stephanie Moon and son in law Ronald Moon, of New Port Richey, Fl.; her grandson Maxwell Moon of New Port Richey, Fl.; her brother Bruce Kennison and sister in law Theresa Kennison, of New Port Richey, Fl.; her brother Gary Kennison, of Carson City, NV.; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Michael Lynn Pfannenstiel of New Port Richey, Fl.; her father Victor Lee Kennison of Rock Island, Il.; her mother Marcia Lee Brown of New Port Richey, Fl.; her sister Penny Rogers of Forest, Il.; her sister Tracy Wilson of Moline, Il.
