Clayton Leroy Spivey, Age 83, passed away at his home in Port Richey, FL on Thursday, January 23, 2025.

Mr. Spivey was born March 29, 1941, to Frank and Maggie Spivey in Hamilton, OH. He was in the Army Reserve National Guard. He retired from General Electric in Madisonville, KY in 2001.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Antoinette Dinapoli FL; his children John Spivey OH; Ron Spivey (Tracy) IN; Sherri Friend KY, Betty Groves FL and Traci Spivey KY also his siblings Ralph Spivey (Betty) TX, Ronald Patrick Spivey OH, Corenne Spivey FL and Dennis Spivey (Barb) IN.

He has 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Janet Spivey December 19, 2004, his son Greg Spivey and grandson Sean Spivey.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 1 from 3 to 8 pm, at Antionette Dinapoli’s home in Hudson, FL and a second Celebration of Life in Kentucky at a later date.

Dobie Funeral Home oversees his cremation.
