Phyllis E. French, 78, of Oldsmar, Florida, passed away on January 27th, 2025. She is survived by her sister Marcelle Petzold. She was predeceased by her brothers Edward French, Richard French, and Russell Reiss; as well as parents Edward and Gladys French.
Born in Newark, New Jersey, she worked at Allstate Insurance Company and relocated to Florida where her extended family resides: her sister-in-law Donna Hollingsworth; nieces Colleen Ahrens and Monica Jukas; out of state niece Claire Wasdyke and nephew Richard French Jr.

My sister, Phyllis was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Summit, New Jersey. She also sang in the choir and talked fondly of her friends there.
I will miss her so………..

Phyllis was a dear friend. When she lived in Mississippi, she attended Nativity Lutheran Church. She was active in the church choir and social ministry outreach programs. She sang with the Mississippi community choir that accompanied the symphony orchestra. She loved crafting and helped initiate the church’s annual Fall Craft Fair. I will miss her very much, but hope her family finds peace and comfort through time.
