Rose Ellen Allman, 88, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on March 1st, 2025.  She is survived by her daughters Reola Filipietz and Judith Ruble; son Timothy Ruble; sister Norma Singleton; as well as Twelve Grandchildren; Seventeen Great-Grandchildren; Two Great-Great-Grandchildren
