It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles W. Carroll, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather. Born on March 19, 1946 in St. Marys, West Virginia.  Charles W. Carroll passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025 at the age of 79.  A true hero and family man, he leaves behind his beloved wife, Jackie Carroll and many relatives and friends that loved him dearly.

He will be remembered as a generous and loving man.

His memorial service will be held on 4/13/2025, from 11am to 4pm,
