Jerry E. Kinsey 85 of Tarpon Springs Florida and Toledo,Ohio passed away peacefully on July 11,2025 surrounded by loved ones. Born on April 9, 1940 in Fremont, Ohio, Jerry lived a full life defined by service, family and kindness.

A proud member of the Toledo Fire Department, Jerry dedicated his career to protecting and serving his community. He also was a school bus driver for Washington Local schools, and even into retirement he continued to give back as a board member for the Stonehedge community in Tarpon Springs where he and his wife spent many cherished years.

Jerry is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years , Donna Kinsey, his three children , Tamara Puligandla, Kevin Kinsey, Mark (Dawn) Kinsey; his grandchildren Chandra Puligandla, Marissa(Keegan) Jones, Reid Puligandla, Kyle Kinsey and Rick Fisher; great grandchildren Makenna, Finnley, Elloise, Wyatt, Rick and Rachel.

Jerry found joy in traveling, casinos, and driving and visiting all 50 states. He was the kind of man who would lend a hand without hesitation, a friend, neighbor and family member whose generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He will be deeply missed and remembered by all whose lives he touched.

Dearest Donna, Tammi and family, I have been privileged to live next door for over three years. Jerry has always been there to offer help, answer questions and just chit-chat day to day.
