Carol Ann Martin-Manz, 82, of New Port Richey, Florida, went to be with the Lord on September 7th, 2025. Carol, the daughter of Velma and Vincent Russell, was a loving mother of three daughters. Carol passed away peacefully at her residence.
Carol is survived by her three daughters Cheryl (Dan) Specioso, Cindy DeRosa and Carol (John) Callear; as well as several grand and great-grandchildren. Carol was an avid gardener and loved her flowers. You could always find her out with her plants or at the clubhouse hanging with friends. She loved dancing and going out to dinner.

My deepest condolences. I delivered medication to Carol and she was one of the sweetest people. I would always help her open her bottles because they never put the cap on right so she could open them. I noticed that I wasn’t delivering to her anymore and decided to look her up and came across this. May she be at peace now?
