Kenneth E. Gallagher, 84, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on December 10th, 2025. He is survived by his wife Arlene Gallagher; children Dawn Gallagher-Del Buono, John Gallagher, Richard (Bobbie) Gallagher and Michael (Laurie) Gallagher; as well as nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
