Effie L. Clark, 85, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on December 19th, 2025. She is survived by her children Marva R. Neff Schweinler, Ronald D. Teague, Jr, Mark C. H. Teague and Jeffrey L. Teague; as well as seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Glori Ann Neff.
