Donna C. Fatolitis, 81, of Tarpon Springs, Florida, passed away on January 8th, 2026. She is survived by her sons Peter R. (Leza) Fatolitis and Michael Fatolitis; daughters Lisa Fatolitis and  Cindy Holets; six grandchildren; as well a sister Norma Braun.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our Mother, Donna Fatolitis, passed away peacefully early yesterday morning, January 8. She will be extremely missed by her children, Pete, Mike, Lisa, and Cindy; grandchildren; niece and nephews; relatives; and friends. She was one of the best mothers anyone could have and such a great, caring person. She had so much history in Pinellas County. She was raised in Clearwater, FL by her parents, Dominic and Gen, and has a dear sister she loved very much, Norma. She met our Father, Phillip, at Clearwater Beach in the 1950s, then married. She worked for the Pinellas County School Board at Tarpon Springs Elementary School for 35 years and had the opportunity to experience wonderful, lifetime friendships throughout that time. Our Mother would also go out of her way to be kind to and help people, even strangers. She was also an animal lover and rescued cats and dogs throughout her lifetime.

Her husband, our Father, passed away unexpectedly in 2006, which left her very heartbroken. Years later, our mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. We did everything we could to help her keep her memories, but unfortunately, her health declined more and more with time. She was well taken care of by the family until she passed away peacefully. Today, although very sad because she will be missed by us, we know that she is at peace and now with her deceased family, friends, and my Father, whom she had been missing for a very long time. We will always love and miss our Mother, Donna Fatolitis. 😢 Rest in peace, Mom! 🙏 ♥️
