Anna M. Sipes, 91, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on July 14th, 2026.  She is survived by her sons Russell Allen-Sipes and Wayne Sipes; grandsons Austin Sipes and Jarl Sipes; as well as granddaughters Tara and Jaiden Sipes.
