Russell Lee “Bud” Wilson, 80, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away on September 8th, 2026.  He is survived by his daughters Stephanie Lynn Gross and Raquel Petty; grandson Preston Michael Wilson and his wife Kasey (Leaman) Gross; great-granddaughter Willow; granddaughter Madison (Mosser) Straka and her husband Cameron Straka; as well as granddaughter Victoria (Tori) Gross.  He was predeceased in death by his sister Betty and brother Charles (Charley).

Russell was born at Wayne Hospital in Greenville, Ohio to Woodrow “Woody” and Helen Wilson.  He graduated from Ansonia High School and was an honorable discharge from the Marines after Vietnam.  After serving the US Marine Corp, he worked as a lineman for Bell Telephone.
