Joan V. Donovan, 83, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away July 20, 2020. She is survived by her husband Thomas; children Thomas (Renata), Kenneth (Laura), and Linda, Donovan; Brother Kenneth Wolfgang; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
