On Wednesday, October 21, 2020, Judith (Judy) Antoinette Apenbrinck, of Tarpon Springs, FL, passed away at the age of 74.

Judy was born on August 20, 1946 in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Laboure High School in 1964. On December 17, 1966, she was married to Ron Apenbrinck. Together they raised three children; Deborah, Stephen, and Deanna. Having spent the first half of their marriage in St. Louis, they relocated to Tarpon Springs, FL in 2020.

Judy was a great cook, able to concoct a great meal out of anything available on hand. She enjoyed extreme couponing, shopping, time on the lake or at the beach, and caring for her children.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband Ron Apenbrinck, father Anthony Nieberding and mother Agnes (Stangl) Nieberding. She is survived by her children; Deb (Adam) Okilee, Stephen, and Deanna (Trent) Jacobs, and grandchildren Shelby and Austin Burks, and Norah and Nadia Okilee, and great-grandson Brayden; and her brother Tony and sister Linda.

Per Judy’s request, funeral services will not be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society are appreciated.
