Angels came to lead Jo Anne (Williams) Gearsbeck home on January 12th 2021. Jo Anne was born on June 5, 1955 in Syracuse NY to William & Betsy (Weller) Williams. She married her high school sweetheart and would have celebrated 50 years of marriage this July.
She is survived by her husband, Randall Gearsbeck of Holiday, Florida. Daughter Lorie (Ken) of Clearwater, FL.
6 grandchildren:Joshua (Jasmine) Emmi of Honeoye Falls, NY , Randy Northrup Fulton NY and Justin (Hope) Curtis from Sandy creek, NY. Michael (Bradley) Northrup III from Dunedin, FL. Schyler and Paige Weaver of Sarasota FL. and 4 great grandchildren from NY.
Sisters Nancy (Rob) Haselmayer of North Syracuse NY, Sheila Besaw of Mallory NY, Terry (Larry) Gilchrist of Nokomis, FL and half sister Julie (Mike) Adams of Ohio.
She also had many nieces and nephews (great nieces and nephews) that she adored.
Jo Anne is predeceased by her daughter Tammy J Emmi of Cicero NY. Brother's John and David Williams and half brother Jimmy Stewart. Sister Patricia (Williams)Sullivan of North Syracuse.
She was a graduate from nursing school, Oswego NY.
Jo Anne loved the ocean, palm trees and music. Give her a chair on the beach with her tunes and she was all set. She was the life of the party and everyone that met her loved her. She loved to sit by her pool with her gecko friends and butterflies. She loved her doggie child, Gadget, and would have had 100 dogs if she could have.
Jo Ann is loved and will be missed by all, and as sure as she is looking down, smiling on us all, we will meet again.

Although we were apart for so many years Truly we continued to be Sisters Heart To Heart!!! I remember fondly the days of our early childhood.With child like innocence I'll remember Jo this way!!!! Until we meet again sweet sister when we can joyfully have that reunion!!!! Love Always Your Sister Julie
