89 of Palm Harbor passed away on November 24, 2019. Ruth was born on July 30, 1930 in Boone, Iowa the daughter of the late Charles W. and Emma (Hein) Wirtz. She was the former office manager at Southwest Animal Hospital, Miami, Florida.
Ruth was predeceased by her loving husband Frank H. Creamer. She is survived by her 2 sons Harlan “Skip†Creamer and his wife Siriporn and granddaughter Pornthip “Tip†Creamer of Jupiter, Fl., Fr. Frank C. Creamer and his wife Jean of Palm Harbor, Fl., 1 Grandson Frank C. “Chas†Creamer, JR. and his wife Lisa Erin Shaw and their son’s Connor Elliott Shaw and Huxley Elijah Shaw-Creamer of Denver, Co.
A celebration of life will be held at Being Christ’s Church 39348 U.S. 19 N. Tarpon Spring, Fl. 34689 on Monday December 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM friends may gather from 10:00 till service time.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Being Christ’s Church.

Frank helped my late husband, Larry Wingfield McKellar, open G.R.A.C.E. Chapel, a homeless resource center in Tarpon Springs FL. A true teller of stories, he always held a captive audience. Frank and Jeannie will always hold a special place in my heart.
