Leroy J. “Butch” Stroman 80 of Hudson, FL entered into rest on March 27, 2021 with his family by his side He was born on September 29, 1940 in Washington, D.C. and the son of the late James and Mary(Walker) Stroman Jr.
Leroy is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Wanda Stroman, 3 sons Anthone' and his wife Schveka Stroman of Georgia, Ronald Williams II of Maryland, Creel Stroman of Florida, one sister Zee Stroman Jacobs of Maryland and four grandchildren Tyler Stroman, Kennedy Stroman, Ronald Williams III and Richmond Williams.
He is also survived by his mother-in-law Mary “Bea” Butler of Florida, one brother-in-law Terry Butler(Cindy), three sister-in-laws, Sharon Johnson (Jerome), Katrina Wesley (Wes) and Rose Stroman and a host of many family and friends.
Butch worked for Department of Defense(DOD) for 34 years at the Pentagon and was the recipient of many outstanding awards.
He enjoyed fishing, traveling, entertaining his grandchildren and family gatherings.
He was one of the founding members of the Grandeurs Social Club of Washington, D.C.
