Michael Orin Winters, 71, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on June 28, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Winters; her daughter, Mackenzie (Jordan) Hall of New Port Richey, Florida; her sisters, Colleen Hall and Peggy Young of Ohio; and her brother, Barry Winters of Ohio.
