Carolyn Faith Shockey, 85, of New Port Richey, Florida, went home on August 4, 2021. Her husband, Ralph Shockey preceded her in death in 1998. She was the mother of William Champa and wife Debra of Londonberry, NH, and Mark Champa and his wife Shirley of Overland Park, KS. Grandmother of Zachary, Alexander, Cameron, Connor, Madeline, and Isaac Champa.

There will be no memorial service at her request. Memorials to the charity of your choice.
