I’m so very sorry for your loss to Eula, and Joe’s family…
I met Joe and Eula at Coral Reef Rock Shop in
1986. I love them both.
They are 2 very important people in my life. Please let me know when the celebration of life service will be held.
Joe was an amazing person and will be missed by many. I kept telling him he needed to write a book….it would have been a best seller….
Thank you Joe, for being in my life and giving me my MORINGA TREE. I think of you every day when I harvest some leaves.

I am so sorry for your loss, Eula and family. I enjoyed talking rocks with Joe so much, he was so knowledgeable and fun. I think of him often and will treasure the pieces I bought from him.

We are so very sorry to have just learned of Joe’s passing and our sincerest sympathies and best wishes go out to Eula and the family. I, Theresa, met Joe when I owned my store, Stone Circle, many years ago and purchased wholesale items. Joe’s friendly enthusiasm and knowledge was always an inspiration and so helpful. Although circumstances would take me away from visiting The Coral Reef at times, whenever I would return, both Joe and Eula would great me as an old friend. Truly amazing people.
Sincerely,
Jeff & Theresa Maye

Eula~I have thought about you & Joe so often the last few years since I closed the store & wasn’t doing beads/jewelry full time, but sadly continuously meant to reach out or venture to one of the shows we enjoyed seeing y’all at yearly after I started buying just a handful of beads or strands at a time at the Coral Reef, w my ex Miles. Y’all watched my belly grow until my beautiful daughter joined our shopping excursions & continued watching her grow as she occasionally got to accompany me to Franklin or Spruce Pine. I will forever regret not making it happen one more time. I know it’s a huge loss to you, but it’s an equal loss to the community…you 2 are/were of the rare breed that I knew I could ALWAYS trust, & was always getting the fairest deal to boot. I hope you’re doing as well as one can in this circumstance. I hope to be able to make contact w you somehow in the near future. Oceans of love~ Heather

I am so sorry for your loss Eula. You and Joe taught me so much about gems and sparked my interest in stones. I so enjoyed bringing my friends to your shop. I had wonderful conversations with you both. You both hold a special place in my heart.

I wish to send love and peace to the heart and mind to Eula and the rest of the family.

So many times I came by the shop hoping to find someone there to find out any info about Joes condition. I just now found out (12/1/22) in a conversation
With a mutual friend
Also named Joe.

I don’t know if you had the celebration of life yet. If so I’m deeply sorry that I missed it. And would of been there if I knew.

Joe and Eula was such apart of the history of New Port Richey. His kindness and Sense of humor will always be remembered and appreciated.

I called him Dad once in awhile because he reminded me so much of my father and I reminded him of his daughter she was my doppelgänger.

His transition has touched me as deeply as if it was my own family.

Love Suzette (corvette)
