Linda J. Rains, 72, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on September 22, 2021. She is survived by her husband, David M. Rains; daughters, Jennifer (Antonio) Rains, Deborah (Marcelo) Silva; son, Daniel Rains; two grandchildren.
