I hope that you and your family find peace in knowing that Greg is in the Lord’s loving care. I am sure that Bill was there along side St. Peter to welcome Greg at Heaven’s Gate. God bless.

I served with Greg “Doc” Dougherty at Ft. Wainwright ,Alaska in 1969-70 and am so sorry to hear of his passing. Greg and I were very good friends, we bought 1970 Honda 350SL motorcycles together ,his was blue mine was gold, and we rode them to Mt. Mckinley Park and all over the greater Fairbanks area I still have mine. He came to visit me in California when he got out of the Army and stayed with me and my wife for more than a month,we had a great time together. I will miss you old friend R.I.P.
