“Big Dave” Hendley, a resident of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away at his home on February 13, 2022. Big D was born and raised in
Cordele, Georgia where he graduated from Cordele High School then joined the Air Force. He was a great basketball player in high school and also played for the
Air Force team. He loved fishing, playing poker, and watching sports with his family. Big Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny David Hendley,
Sr. and Hazel Hurndon. He is survived by his children, Crystal Sleker & Dan, David Hendley, Robyn Park & Glen, his grandchildren Mackenzie
Clemens and Liam Hendley, and his brother, James M. Hendley. Big Dave will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
