Roger Alton Berry, 53, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on October 3, 2021. He was born March 4, 1968 to June Craner. Roger grew up in Northern Lower Michigan where he enjoyed living a carefree life. While growing up Roger enjoyed being outside, tearing bicycles apart as a young child and then his cars as a teenager, hunting with his brother-in-laws, baseball in the summer, driving fast as a teenager, and being with family. Roger graduated in the year of 1986 from Whittemore-Prescott School District in Whittemore, Michigan.

Roger moved to Florida in early adulthood where he continued to explore his love of tearing cars apart to the point he was identified as a trusted mechanic. While in Florida Roger continued to love the outdoors and being with family. Roger’s largest life accomplishment was being a father. Roger was happy to tell you a story or two about some adventure he had with his son.

 Roger will be remembered for his ability to make you feel he was always happy to see you, quick-witted responses, authentic laughter, and love of teasing. As you remember Roger do so with a smile as he always approached those he encountered with one.

 Roger is preceeded in death by his parents Alton Berry and June Craner and his brother-in-laws Butch Hess and Clark Brindley. Roger leaves behind the mother of his son Michelle Maddox, son Ethan Berry, and his stepdaughter, Zoe; three sisters Shirley Brindley of Florida, Darlene White (John) of Michigan, and Lynne Hess of Florida as well as many nieces and nephews.

I have a lot of good memories of Roger,
He lived with me on and off the late 80’s and early 90’s.
One of the best buddy’s I have ever had. We had a lot of good times and fun back in the day!!

We will miss Roger as him and our son’s and even our daughter love to be around him .He was a good man.

As family friends, we remember adorable and fun Roger as he was growing up, always polite and smiling around us ‘old folk’! We are sending our sincere condolences to Roger’s family for their loss.

My husband Kevin looked up to Roger and learned so much from him over the last 25+years
He was always full of energy and first to jump into any project and help anyway he could. We we’re so lucky to have a true friend like him. (HE kept US young!!!!)
His life might have been full of Rocky roads, but I believe he was finally truly happy! And no one can take that from him.
