Helen (Anelski) Spengler of Lacanto, Florida formerly of North Collins, NY went to her heavenly home on May 4, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband John F. Jr. Survived by her children Richard (Nicole) Dona (late Patrick) Heary, Elizabeth (late Curtis) Hooks of NC, Walter of KY, John (Alyce) of Iowa, Holly (Gregory) Baker, Rosemarie (Donald) Farley of FL, Bernadette (Martin) Wendel, Bert of NC, Gene and Mary (Robert) Best. Sisters Mary Setley of FL and Jennie Lindahl of Rochester, 2 sister-in-laws Rosie Kohn and Jeanette Dingelman. Also survived by 28 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Helen enjoyed visiting her children, grandchildren, and family. Other hobbies included feeding her hummingbirds, eating out, playing bingo, reading, and putting together jigsaw puzzles. A memorial service is being planned for Labor Day weekend near her 96th birthday.
