Angela Rae Fagan, age 45, passed away due to complications of Covid-19 on September 28, 2021. She was born on June 16, 1976, in Sonoma, California to William Wehrman and Sharon Gallick. Angela eventually met and married her long-time best friend and soulmate, Daniel Fagan, on February 17, 2018.
Angela loved to love people. Her pure soul and selflessness touched everyone who had the pleasure to meet her. Angela always had the most creative abilities. Her hands were rarely still and she dedicated her free time to making new and imaginative renovations around her home and for her family and friends.
For many years, Angela worked at Pasco County Parks and Recreation as a Communications Manager. It suited her servant heart. Angela always believed to do what’s right and do what’s good. Be kind and help others. The world can always use one more kind person. And if you can take it one step further, please do so.
Romans 14:8: “For if we live, we lived to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live, or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.
Angela is survived by her Mother, Sharon Gallick, Husband, Daniel Fagan, Children, James Christopher Babson (25), Christopher James Babson (25), Megan Renea Babson (23), Kiersten Babson (18), and her dog, Nelson (3). All of these she loved and touched so deeply.
Please join us in honoring our beloved Angel Saturday, October 9 from 1-3 pm and again at 5-7 pm with a 6 pm service at Dobies Funeral Home located 9944 Hudson Ave, Hudson, FL 34667.

We will continue to pray for your entire family! The office next to me, that I always looked forward to seeing her smiling face in, is so difficult to walk by without her there. She was always such a great friend to me and all of us. One thing is for sure she loved her life and her family more than words can say! I am so sorry for the tremendous loss to your family!

Angela is a one of those rare souls who effortlessly spread cheer, bubbles, and goodness while on earth. And although she has physically left this earth too soon, her spirit will continue to influence us indefinitely.
Her infectious laughter, radiant smile, and warm nature will live forever in those who had the pleasure to call her friend or family. Her dedication to her family, faith, public servant focus, optimism, resourcefulness, creativity, thoughtfulness, and kindness will forever inspire me and I am certain countless others.
What she is doing with God, I am not sure. But I’m comforted thinking about it. I like to think she is laughing her laugh and sending her calming energy to those who need it. God only knows what she can do now that she has a peer group of angels. ❤
A stunning person. A radiant angel.

Angela was a truly beautiful, kind, generous, and happy person. Her crafts are amazing! She took the time to put her heart and sole into making things for others. From matching t-shirts to personalized signs, and from Christmas baked treats to awesome sauces. She was one of a kind! I’ll always be grateful for the hundreds of pictures she took of my family at my fathers 93rd birthday. She never asked for anything in return. Dan, I am so glad you two were fatefully joined. So many great times. We will never forget her and we will always be here for you Danny. Meghan, Kiersten, Christopher Jimmy, and Sharon, you all carry her with you because she is part of you. Angela is in heaven and we will all be reunited one day.

Angie I am going to miss you so much, especially that beautiful smile you always had no matter what you were facing. I remember the first time meeting you 23 years ago when Jess and Meg were babies at my parent’s house. The kids all played while we talked and I knew right then and there the kind of woman you were. You were so talented and loving. I am going to miss you so much. Your children will continue to make you proud and we will be there for them always, they are like our own.
No one wanted you to leave us this soon but God had other plans for you. You are no longer suffering and you are wrapped in his arms. I love you Ang, miss you. RIP until we meet again.

My continued prayers will be with your family! Working in the office right next to Angela for the past five years, it was an absolute honor to have known her, and become her friend. We are all better humans because of her light. She was our “office sunshine”! It will never be the same. I am so sorry for your devastating loss. I know our work family won’t be the same without her. I know above all else in this world, she loved you ALL with all of her heart and soul! She will always be with all of you. I will never, ever forget that smile!

I remember our friendship like it was yesterday. She helped me by keeping my son while I attended college. We would get together almost every weekend. We bowled on leagues together. She was always smiling and had coffee ready when I arrived. Our hearts are broken. We are keeping her family, especially Sharon and her children and Dan in our prayers. May God bless you all.

We send our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to Sharon, Dan, Christopher, Jimmy, Megan and Kiersten. I lived with Sharon and Angie when she was two yrs old. She was a shinning light then, and was a constant joy to be around. As the oldest of the nine cousins Ang was always the leader of the games, songs and antics! Angie and our families spent so much time together growing up. She and Heather were often making something creative and innovative! She loved her cousins, aunts and uncles as much as we all loved her!! I loved Ang so very much! Her laugh, her calmness, her creativity and her love of people will always be the memories that we hold most dear! Our hearts are broken, and we pray that you all will find strength and peace in remembering all the wonderful memories she’s shared with each of you. Love, Uncle Dave and Aunt Becky

I was stunned by the news and my heart aches for you and the kids. Angela was such a kind and giving person. She loved deeply and put in extra effort to make others feel special. I was lucky to have known her and to have been present for so many significant milestones in her life as well as the everyday things that come along with working together. Angela left a mark on all of our lives and will be deeply missed. Tom and I wish we could be there to comfort you as you navigate this loss. Please know that we are holding you in our hearts.

Our deepest condolences to Dan, the children and the entire family. Heaven gained an amazing angel when the Lord called Angela home. Angela’s smiling face, bubbly personality, serving heart and loving spirit will never be forgotten by her Parks and Recreation family. I feel so privileged to have known her. I can only imagine the impact she is already having in Heaven serving our Lord. We love you Angela…until we all meet again.
