Barry Bingham, 82 years of age, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Barry was born on June 5, 1938 in Queens, New York to the late Lawrence and Ann Bingham. Barry was the youngest of two brothers. After high school Barry joined the United States Air Force.
Barry married his lovely wife Carol in 1968 and their three wonderful sons were born Michael, Timothy and Patrick. The family moved to New Port Richey, Florida in 1978. After working for the City of New Port Richey he retired after 19 years. Barry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who always showed his support and love to his family.
Barry is survived by his wife Carol, sons Michael his wife Shannon, Timothy his wife Lucy, Patrick and his wife Renee. Barry was a very proud father of his three sons and grandfather to Breanna, Alyssa, Nathan, Victoria, and Patrick Jr., along with his three great grandchildren Elly, Conor and Avery.
Barry’s focus and love was always with his family. Barry always put his family first. He devoted all his energy and time to the endeavors of Carol and his children. It ranged from soccer tournaments across the state, Friday night lights at Gulf High and driving Carol to bingo when she wanted. After retirement, Barry and Carol enjoyed driving across country in their RV to California and later found enjoyment going on cruises around the world. He was an active member of West Pasco Sertoma Club and St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. James. Barry thoroughly enjoyed his recent crossing guard duties that he held for the last two school years at Anclote Elementary School. He loved the kids that he saw each day. There was never an event or occasion that he would miss that involved his family.
Barry will be forever loved and cherished by not only his family but the numerous friends that he has made over the years. We will always love our father and friend.

I always enjoyed talking to Barry in the early 90's. We had fun hearing all the stories in Code Enforcement/City Manager's office. I hope his retirement years were good ones. Peace be with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with Carol and the Bingham family. We used to be neibirs and wirk together. Barry always had a Hello and a hug fir uou. He was an amazing man.
Please remember the good times and rest in the fact that absent on earth means they are present with the Lord and try to find peace to celebrate his homecoming. Godspeed Barry.

Sometimes words can't convey the feelings of the heart. Uncle Barry, blood doesn't make us family, but all the memories of the past does. You were a man of class, quick with a joke, always ready for a hug and had so much love to give. You are loved and will be greatly missed. Fly high on the wings of angels and rest easy in the hands of our Father.
My deepest condolences to Aunt Carol and the Bingham Family. Prayers for comfort and healing to you all.
With love,
Stephanie

Always a smile and such a ardent supporter of his kids in all they did. Nothing but fond memories of the ball field and eating yogurt at the shop.
