Bernard Carl Polachek, 77, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on June 2nd, 2025. He is survived by his wife Jane Kinn Polachek; daughters Shannon (Carey) Behric and Lyndsay (Bobby) Bartley; brother William Pelachek; as well as grandsons Liam and Dylan Behric.
