Betty Jean Roditis (Sands), 66, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, April 26th, in Tarpon Springs. Betty grew up in Sidell, Illinois, and graduated from Jamaica High School in 1973. She spent her career in property management and was a long-time dog groomer in multiple cities. She loved dogs, the beach, and her family. Betty is preceded in death by her father Norman Sands; her Mother Mary Sands; her brother John Sands; her husband George Roditis; and her granddaughter Avery Ella Schulz. She is survived by her two sisters Teri Berryhill and Veronica Sanford; her four children Brian Schulz, Jami Heath, Joshua Schulz and Kelly Schulz; as well as grandchildren Lucas, Cody, Dakota, Dava, Zachary, Sterling, and Caitlin.
