Rocco, Carmela, 88, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, August 25th, at Mease Manor, Dunedin, Florida. Carmela was an active member of Cornerstone Community Church, New Port Richey. She was preceded in death by her parents Gennaro and Alfonsina Marino. She is survived by her sons Paul Rocco and Joseph (Joanne) Clement; daughter Maria (Andrew) Sammon; grandchildren Tony, Senzi, Ali, Uscho, Trisha, Toniann, Jay, Marie, and Matthew; many great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday, September 2nd, from 4 pm to 7 pm at Dobies Funeral Home, Congress Chapel. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 3rd, with Entombment to follow at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens, New Port Richey.

Very early fondest and sweetest memories with Millie, my grandmother Marie & My father Gennaro in my childhood. I was actually trying to contact her recently and just learned of her passing. My deepest condolences.

I was on the HOA board πwith Millie and she was very helpful and no nonsense which made my job easier. She was good at keeping order and made our association and condos beautiful and safe, thank you for all the years of hard work and “Rest in Peace”, job well done.π
