Cerise Magnetta Cruz, April 17,1956 – February 28, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Cerise Magnetta Cruz announces her passing on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. She was born April 17, 1956 in Washington, Pennsylvania, to James and Elizabeth Magnetta.
She is survived by her partner and love of her life, Allen Benson of Tampa; her two sons and their wives, Brad and Darci Yurkovich of Bradenton, and Chad & Kristyn Yurkovich of St. Petersburg; her daughter and her daughter’s fiance, Gia Cruz & Caleb Davis of Bradenton; five grandchildren Ethan, Logan, Bennett, Nolan, and Liliana; her mother Elizabeth Magnetta of Tarpon Springs; her sister Maria Magnetta Donahue of Tarpon Springs; and her two fur babies Rosie and Roscoe.
Cerise was predeceased by her father James M. Magnetta and her brother James J. Magnetta.
Cerise lived her life to the fullest and impacted many lives with her infectious laughter, happy smile, and razor-sharp wit. Always the life of the party, she loved music (Dean Martin!), the Steelers, and her family and friends.
